Couples Therapy

A 60 minute therapy session with you and your partner. I provide counsel using a variety of strategies to improve communication, develop healthy conflict resolution skills and break negative interactional dynamics. I approach couples therapy from a trauma-informed lens to foster healthier attachments and deepen emotional intimacy and connection.

Parent-Adult Family Therapy

A 60 minute session with you and your family member. I provide tools to resolve conflict and build increased relational safety within the parent-adult child relationship. We will increase communication around difficult family issues working towards resolution, repair of broken trust to have the relationship that is desired by all.
